Having bought a Taranis transmitter for its sheer versatility, I had to have one of these to go with it. Like the transmiter, it comes without any instructions and there is no link to an on-line manual. Fortunately, there are how-to videos on Youtube, but they only scratch the surface. The first hurdle is to get around the complexity of setting up the transmitter to use the module. You immediately find that the transmitter will not even recognise the module until you download and install the latest firmware for the transmitter. You then have to negotiate the various menus to turn off the internal RF module and initiate the external module. You can then select the appropriate model type. Maybe I'm missing something, but not all of the listed model protocols are supported, although the menu structure is so complex that it easy to miss something.
